Imagine a soft summer evening, walking down this lovely town with its wide streets and old buildings just as the sun is going down.
There’s a hint of a holiday atmosphere with Christmas just around the corner ( the humungous Christmas tree in the middle of the street is a dead giveaway).
Now there’s a rumour (some would say gossip) going around town that that summer evening could slip into an atmospheric night of fun, food, music and dancing.
There’s talk of big bands on balconies, musicians on doorsteps, soloists in bars, duos in diners, vocalists in restaurants, bands in pubs and dancing in the streets.
